Work from the end backwards if you are deleting multiple individual pages. Delete page 15 first, then page 10, then page 3. If you delete page 3 first, page 10 becomes page 9 and page 15 becomes page 14 and you get confused. End-to-start saves the math.
Keep the original file. Deletion is permanent on the output file. Save the original somewhere safe, name the new file something like report_cleaned.pdf so you can tell them apart. You will thank yourself later.
If you are deleting a lot of pages, consider using page ranges. Instead of clicking 20 individual pages, enter 1-20 and you are done in one go. Way faster than clicking each thumbnail.
